REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not issued at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
The one exception is if your item arrived broken. In that case, I ask that you please send me pictures and an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can file a claim with USPS and get a replacement out to you ASAP.
Coupons cannot be applied after your order is already placed. So if you have a coupon, be sure to have it ready when making your purchase!
For your convenience, I am happy to accept all major credit cards via a secure checkout gateway.
Under normal circumstances, I will ship your order in 2-5 business days via USPS. You will receive an email with the tracking code.
However, as a one-woman-operation, things can get backed up during big sales and holidays! I ask for your patience should it take an extra day for me to get your order out the door.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
